Rent Stabilization laws

Posted by Mark Ralin on April 17, 1997 at 00:20:55:

This does'nt look good for tenants. Maybe we should take
another approach. Reluctantly we should give the landlords
the 13 percent increase now to keep them quiet but at the
same time require that all protections stay intact
Or If the state does'nt want to regulte the realestate
industry let the local gov't pass laws to regulate the
industry. The Gov't should stop giving tax breaks to those
who have any violations on their buildings.
I pay my rent to Brel associates. You know how they are.If
it was up to Brel I would be in the same situation as the city.Evicted
