Pataki didn't win... Cuomo lost. There's a big difference and it will
really depend on the quality of the Dem. candidate. Pataki will need
the city.

: The best scenario Patakiwise is that he will try to broker a last
minute compromise so he'll look like a hero. However, I would not bet
on that occurring.

The one we need to fear in Sheldon Silver. The writing's on the wall
that he plans to sell-out tenants with a weakening of the laws. Of course
they'll be renewed, but Silver I hear is planning to sell-out. Too
bad our local Democratic assembly and senators are letting him do it.
