Giulliani is having a surprise town hall meeting on the upper westside , his first. I was told that he doesn't want to be bothered with any questions about rent regs. etc. SO I hope people can come out and give him a hard time, like he deserves. Just last weekend he said that Velella was a hero for voting against rent regulations last week.
Wed. 8pm at theJewish Services for the Aged at 40 West 68 St.
