Iam a tenant in a non- eviction plan coop building.

The coop board prohibits dogs. As a tenant.I had to

sign leases prohibiting dogs. However under

"waiver". I had one dog "openly and notoriously" from

1969 to 1985 and another dog from 1985 to August,

1996,when he died.



Is there any I could legally have another dog without

creating problems with the landlord? I miss having a

dog very much.
