As agreed between my landlord and I, we moved out of her apartment before the end of the month (and also before the end of the lease). It has been well over two months and she still has not refunded our security deposit. In addition, she owes us the pro rata portion of May's rent for having moved out early. What is the quickest remedy for getting our money back?
