Can anyone help me? I have a parking space in my rent stablized building. The new person next to me blocks my car from getting in or out. I have talked & written letters to management and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. I have also talked to the person next to my spot and have gotten no cooperation from this person. What can I do?
