kill rent law means kill:
consumer
business
jobs
homeless
+ unemployment
the govt better budget a big: medicaid/medicare payment expense, medicaid or financial aid to people, unemployment payment to people, more cop
in the street, prepare more $ for more court case/judge/court room and jail
cells....as landlord will be wild....is bad enough as is...will be worst
business expect to drop and go out of business because people won't haave $
to buy goods/services...more co will merge. more job will lose, more high
$ will be for consumer goods etc....ny will suffer a crash...in 1992 was
bad enough with a job market crash where the fed or state came in with
surprise help of extended unemployment this is going to be worst than
that!!!!!! DON'T CUT THE RENT LAWS.....

THE MEDIA SHOULD COLLECT FROM US TAX PAYER ALL STORY OF LANDLORD AND TENANT
CASE AND SENT IT TO THE GOVT..THE WORST ONE THE BETTER THIS WAY
LET THE GOVT LOOK AT AND SEE WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! MAYBE IT WILL PUT SOME
SENSE INTO THEIR HEAD TO RENEW THE RENT LAW.
