: : : I am trying to determine how much my landlord can increase my rent when it

: : If you're rent stabilized, the most recent RGB order is available on the

: : My apartment is not rent stabilized and my landlord has indicated that he wants to raise my rent 31% when my current lease expires. I this legal?

With no regulation governing your apt the landlord is not compelled to renew your lease even at a 99,999,999% increase.
