I searched for my building and found that "1" out of "3" of the buildings
that I searched from the DHCR registry stated that " (Co-Op) apts exist
in building".
If my building is not registered as a Co-Op with DHCR am I entitled to
a roll back of the increace since the building went Co-Op.?
Can the landlord be fined for not registering with DHCR?
What if any thing does the Attorney Gen. have to do with this?
