I believe you asked this some time ago via private email and
we answered. You are inferring the owner's intentions and it's
probably true, but he will probably deny it. Whoever comes
into your apartment with your permission is your business, period.
But owner's will claim it's security-related. Even if you had 20 friends
come visit you, that in itself does not establish grounds for eviction.
On the other hand, it's deliberate intimidation and invasion of
privacy. Look at it on those grounds.
