We're looking into it. There will be several proposals from Dems & Repubs,
and Assembly and Senate. It will all be a last-minute negotiation &
stare down anyway, with the key being Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver
who appears to be trying to insulate himself from responsibility. He
introduced a bill which was prepared in secret (and claims it's the
"tenants" bill) although many tenant groups do not support it.
