Before taking the apartment I am in now the landlord assured me it was very
quiet. However I am finding out that this is not the case at all. I realize
that with apartment living there comes with it a certain extent of noise. But
what I am experiencing goes beyond normalcy. Is it incumbent upon the landlord when
asked about this to tell the truth.
