I am living in Cheltenham township in Montgomery County, PA. This
suburban area is landlord-friendly; This apartment located in this low
house community; and most tenants are minority(90%). The management is so
poor and hostile to tenants; they like to send every kind of letter for
the legal action!!! Yesterday they filed for $150 against the other tenant.
they said there was a discrepency of $10 for last 15 months; The tenant got
good credit, and one manager cut the rent, but the other manager, who took
over, now asking the whole balance; manager never visit the house, just sitting
in the office, and looking for old documents, and collect money.
