A warning to all seeking apartments in NYC rented by US Skyline Realty or Nashman Fix:
Although told by the broker, York Realty Co. (endorsed by the Better Business Bureau, can you believe!)
that this company was legit and a decent and competent landlord, I have found nothing but evidence to the contrary.
I am stuck in a legal mess, trying to break my lease due to their breach of contract (many incidences)
and wish to warn others so they may avoid a similar situation.

Especially avoid any and all apartments at 213 West 28th Street, NYC.
