A friend of mine is having problems where she lives.
She just signed a 1 year lease for an apartment.
She is often confronted by gang members as fells quite unsafe.
The school is real bad there and she has to take the children to a different
school.
There is neglect on general repairs also.
Is the anyway she can get out of her lease?
