Following up on Martin's story he was represented by Richard B Feldman
in NY Surpreme Court (Judge Lebedeff) today.

Judge Lebedeff granted a tempory restraining order which lets Martin
stay in the marina until Jan 17th when there will be further arguements.

All of his neighbors have signed petitions and letters from elected
officials have been sent to Henry Stern, Commissioner of Parks.
