Is it a matter of public record as to who owns, operates, and/or rent out
a stabilized building. Where to I look to get the name & address of the
Management company??. I need to find a low rent apartment and want to
begin my search. I want to get on lists ect. I now live and want to
stay in the Columbia University area. However, many of the building
are owned by Columbia and only rent to Columbia students. I need to find
out what building in the area are not owned by Columbia. Any suggestions
as to where I might begin??
