1.Rent strike 2. No superintendent avilable.

1. How do a group of tenants can start a rent strike because of reduction
of services by landlord, we have file a complaint with DHCR but process
is very slow and landlord knows how to take advantage of the system.
2. Our building is comprised of 87 rent stabilised apartments, landlord
pulls superintendent out of the building at his convenience to take
care of problems at other buildings. Are we entitled to a full time
superintendent?.
