I believe your best bet is with the rental agent. Contact him/her and discuss this issue. If you get
no results from the agent, go to the office manager. Nothing there? Go to the President
of the agency, etc. Keep climbing the ladder until you get results!
Can you prove the landlord knew about the problem? Use the local media, the net, anyone who will
listen!
