: I forgot to mention that I live in Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York.

Since you live in a two-family house you are not under any form of
rent regulation, but it sounds like you have a sexual harassment and
discrimination case. You may wish to speak to an attorney, to the
police and also (I'm sure they exist) to an organization that could
helpe with the harassment part of it. It's always difficult to prove,
especially nnow since the landlord could claim you're just now
raising the harassment claim to stave off possible eviction. Do you
have any neighbors who could put you in touch with former tenants in
case this is just one of several instances -- a pattern?
As for the eviction, it appears you are a month-to-month tenant which
does not give you a whole lot of rights, but he would still need to
take you to court to evict you, and you might be able to tie that up
for a month or two while you are looking for a new place. You also
might wish to contact Brooklyn Legal Services.
