OK I called supervisor at electric company and they said they would look at the
situation.

15 minutes later they cal led back and said they had reinstated electric
service in my name and that they were calling landlord (they sounded angry)
to tell that they did not appreciate being jerked around.

it sounded like he supposedly had done somthing that made them ang ry.
