Well, thanks to the information here we found a new apartment and gave the
landlord 30 days notice on the 4th. We figured we would send one copy
registered mail and as long as we were in the area, dropped off a copy of
it in a sealed envelope where he works. Crazy thing, he did not pick up
the registered copy until the 21st. We've pretty much given up on the
$1700.00 option consideration. We can't help wondering, what is this guy
up to and why did he take so long to get the registered letter?
