OK,

lastnight I called the police.

they came right over and basically didnt care
what kind of rental situation it was. They just
went with me to see the super and almost arrested
him until he finally gave in and opened the door.

The police told me that as far as they are concerned
ANY lockout was grounds for arrest.

anyway it was quite a scence..

ill spend my day down stairs removing some key
equipment from the area. (I dont trust this
landlord).

ill keep you posted.
