Hello this is a message from the Eviction Defense Network in San Francisco.
We are a Mutual Aid, Direct Action and Community Organizing group which has had quite a few successes in the past 2 years.
I wanted to post summaries of our current projects so that folks can read about them and take action.
(If you aren't already !) We want to correspond with all tenant groups accross the world.

HUD NON CITZENSHIP RULES We are in a coalition to defeat the HUD Non Citizenship Rules. In brief, the rules will eventually evict all undocumented Tenants from federally subsidized housing. (With a few exceptions) For morew information on how you can organize in your area, give us a call and we'll fax or e-mail you some details.

HOPE 6 Also working with other community groups to challenge the HOPE 6 demolition of public housing projects. Get in contact if you have or need info.

DIRECT ACTION We un-evict people through direct action. It's worked well.

SQUAT SUPPORT We muster material aid for squatters.
