Please be aware of many problems; parking, lack of maintenance, poor quality construction
and a VERY POOR management staff at this apartment complex.

Myself and most other neighbors have been very upset living here.
If anyone complains - they are usually threatened with eviction
by the property manager Tina Schriber.
If you are considering a new apartment in Phoenix, Arizona
AVOID the Pinnacle at South Mountain.
