Friedman Management runs my apartment building on the upper east side
in Manhattan. They have delayed repairing a defective heat valve for over
9 months (straight through the heating season) and have delayed replastering
and repainting my apartment for over 7 months after a water leak from their
roof. Now it seems they would rather threaten to evict me than just do the
right thing and fix their mess. Anyone else having problems with these
cretins?
