Our apartment (in Manhattan) has 10 recycling dumpsters for glass that ar
used daily, including weekends and holidys, between 10-20 times per day,
from about 9 am to midnite. We live right above the dumping area.
Does anyone know if there are any rules (ordinances, laws, etc) that we
can cite to the management to restrict the use of the dumpsters
during certain hours, or on weekends?
