Trolling and flaming are not thought-out intelligent posts. This is a moderated board and our policies have always been clear. That type of noise, i.e., "We all know Rent Control causes abandonment" is trolling (and also untrue) and anyone can go to Usenet for that debate. Not here. Of course we have viewpoints, but they aren't based in warmed-over entrenched liberal ideology -- leave that for the Democrats.

: Several well thought out, intelligent posts related to tenant and housing issues have been censored off Tenant Net recently. Why the censorship - does Tenant Net endorese a particular ideology? Is it afraid of intelligent discussion relating to housing?

: What is needed in New York is new, fresh thinking about housing policy in general. Seems like we won't find it here.
