Not to be cute but they are separate entities. You can be a member of the RSA without contributing to the PAC. The RSA member bills do request a contribution to the PAC however.

In your opinion. I don't agree. I tend to see any contribution that we make to the industry PACs as protection money eventually making its way into politicians' pockets.

By the way, this has always been a great site.
