what, another dumb hasid? If you had half a clue you would know that with vacancy alowances and vacancy decontrol, LLs can and do raise rents to market rate when apts become vacant. I suspect that your neighbordood would look even better without creepy peopple lik you. And yes, I am Jewish, and embarassed bc people like you are a blight on our heritage and religion
