The end of rent stabilization is the best thing that has happened in this city in a long time besides Guliani the Great. Once we rid our streets of rent stabilized apartments we start seeing somewhat of a renaissance. Those burnt out buildings are no longer burnt out. My neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn has never been so beautiful. Gone are the drugdealers and scum of the streets. Please keep destabilizing these apartments.
