Where do you live (what city)? If NYC, is it rent stabilized? Essential issues for this type of question.

: lately my landlord reduce some of the services i use to have like not allow to use microwave in my kitchen,not allow to use the back yard ( it's been feel with plants ) not allow to use my common area front of my door, are she allow to reduce the service without reducing my rent ?? i live with my family 3 kids for over 7 years
