i wasn't giving a 'lecture' on liability, simply informing the tenant of the possible ramifications of subleasing, something that should be thought about BEFORE they sublease and have a major problem.
as in life, if you know your liabilities BEFORE entering into a contract, you save yourself major headaches, and major bucks.
