We are buying an apartment and looking to get out of a NYC lease early (not rent stabilized or controlled)...The lease says "Landlord must be notified no less than 30 days prior to termination of this lease"...Does that mean whenever we want to terminate??? Or does that mean prior to the stated END of the lease???
