You shouldn't nail the satellite dish to your patio. Instead, get a pail, planter, etc., pour some cement or dirt into it, put a pole into the cement or dirt, and attach the satellite dish to the pole.

: Hi
: I have put up a satelite dish a couple of months back on the patio of my Apt. The Apt manager now says I cannot attach a Dish on my patio and have instructed to remove it.
: I understand that per an FCC Regulation, She cannot put restriction on satelite dish but she still insist that I am in violation of lease since I nailed it to the patio.
: Have anyone faced such situation and what are my available options.
: Does the fact that the dish have been there for 6 months (the apartment maintenance team worked a couple of time on my patio during last 6 months and noticed it) make it a stronger case for me ?
: I am from MA but as I understand Federal regulation is applicable everywhere.
: Thanks in advance
