: I have been 2 months for a landlord oriented judge to make a decision on whether or not I will be evicted. This seems excessive. What should I do?

also, yes, it probably is excessive in time, however, that makes me think that it was not a landlord-oriented judge in the first place.
if it was, he would have made his decision on-the-spot and thrown you out then. the fact that he is taking his time is probably a good sign for you.
