Eviction by not for profit

Posted by jk on January 31, 2002 at 11:10:32:

I have lived in a rent stabilized apartment in Manhattan for 27 years. Last year my building was bought by a religious not for profit group. My landlond, a rabbi, will be evicting the tenants as their leases come due.

Through some social networking, I found out he tried to do this to another building in midtown and there are records on him and his congregation. Where in manhattan would I go to obtain copies of this?? I assume they are public record. I want to gather as much info as I can before contacting an attorney.

Thank you so much.
