Does anyone know why the nyc.gov real estate tax look-up system would list this dept. in the owner section for a building and also show the normal owner (the one listed in the lobby, on the leases, etc.) The address is the same, the amount of tax is different, there are multiplie entries for the same bldg. Does anyone even know what I'm talking about?
