but, at least he has a place to live. besides, it doesn't make much difference why there was a non-payment, the fact that it exists is enough of a red-flag to a landlord to turn you down cold. maybe you can find a not-so-informed landlord who doesn't do credit/criminal/court checks, but good luck finding one these days.
