Who do you have to pay? Do you think you can just buy your way out of any trouble? If you have so much money, why didn't you pay the rent? Then you wouldn't have such problems now.

To answer your question, the landlord or anyone else can find out about your nonpayment because court records are always public records. How long? For time in perpetuity - you can research court records going back centuries.


: how long will i be on the s**t list? who and how much do i have to pay to get off it?
