I reside in woodside houses in Queens. My rent increased from $297.00 to $771.00 in October. I am behind in my rent as of now I owe a little over $1000.00. I just received a notice that said If I don't pay up by the 29th they will start dispossess proceedings and charge me legal fees. What can I do? thanking u in advance.
