How/where can you check if your apartment is rent-stabilized if it is not indicated on the lease? I am in one of only two apartments in an eight apartment building that is supposedly not rent stabilized. Is that possibly wrong?

: You're sure it's not stabilized? You checked it out, instead of relying on what the lease or landlord says, right? If it's not stabilized, I'm sorry to say you wouldn't have any rights in this situation.
