I live upstairs from my LL's son. He has a party most weekends until 3 to 5pm. They are very loud and many times (from liqour, I belive)
his guest ring my bell instead. I was loud in the apartment twice in the three years that I've lived here. However, the son of the LL complained to his dad and now he wants me to move at the end of my lease. What rights to I have? It is 120 days in advance.
