no. your LL is being a jerk, probably in retaliation for breaking the lease. while you must honor the terms of your contract if your LL won't let you out, you still have every right to occupy that space while you are paying for it. it's a package deal, and it has its ups and downs, for both of you. but the LL certainly cannot bar access to a property you are paying for.
