Thanks -- thanks also for the link. I did not find any specific information about regulation of rent increases following "substantial rehabilitation."

Do you -- or anyone else -- know where the law on that can be found?

(Or is there no regulation? -- i.e., all affected apartments become unregulated and the landlord can then charge market rents - ?)
