If you do a google search you should find some good articles about this problem on some web pages. You can take action against the LL for not enforcing the regulations required by the rental court. Each city usually have a noise problem inspector to uphold bylaws, but that person is usually so busy that one cannot get much help. You can bring a certified technician in to make a sound level reading, that way you get a piece of evidence that is acceptable in any type of legal claim.

What do the other adjoining occupants say, are they willing to join into a claim process?
