LL just wants to seek out a tenant and have as little a vacancy as possible. Back to back if possible. Why wont you let him show it. Has he been a rotten LL? allowing him 1/2 hr once a week doesnt sound reasonable. You should reconsider. Don't you need his reference? If you've been there a while, you may one day need it. Perhaps when you buy a home of your own down the road. I always try to treat people with a good amount of decency and I just dont understand your objections?
