Anyone have a clue where to find the NYC RSC and Met Hotel Codes that existed prior to 4/1/84 when the (state) DHCR code became effective?
Prefer online reference, but will take anything.

We have the 1969 originals and some amendments, but need the last versions of each for research (DHCR still has some unresolved complaints from that period, 'nough said).
