Tenant Net's own response is a good example of why you should not take seriously "advice" posted here. Dennis_NJ had it correct. The is no "tenant right" to not have ads on the outside of buildings. Assuming its lawfully zoned (and I doubt the advertiser would pay for an ad that wasn't) there is absolutely nothing the tenant can do...except buy her own ad or building and put whatever she wants on the outside.

Ads on the building help to increase the owner's income without increasing rent. Would you rather pay higher rent?
