I signed my lease and it states that my security deposit is non refundable. Is this an illegal lease? Also he states in a letter that he's actually holding my money in escrow. Does this contridict?
I also paid 3 months deposit, Pa states maximun of 2 allowed by law.
Does this make it an illegal lease? Thanks !
